A Pre-order is an order you place for a yet-to-be-delivered product. No worries, your premium fatbike is produced, assembled or on its way.
You can place an order on the website, using the Buy and/or Pre-order buttons, or in the Brand Store. Whatever you want.

Immediately after placing an order, an order confirmation e-mail message is sent by GEORGE-E. This e-mail message contains the order number, a summary of the order and the delivery address.

Sometimes an e-mail message with order confirmation may inadvertently end up in your spam or junk folder. Please take a moment to check these folders in your email account to see if the order confirmation was still received.

If you have checked the spam or junk folder, waited some time and verified the email address and still have not received an order confirmation, please contact GEORGE-E.

Please have the order details, including your full name and order number handy. Then the GEORGE-E team will help you verify the order status and, if necessary, resend the order confirmation by email message.
If you realize shortly after placing your order that an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact GEORGE-E immediately. The sooner you contact us, the more likely it is that the delivery address will be corrected before the order is shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped and you have not been able to correct the delivery address (or have it corrected) in time, again contact GEORGE-E immediately.

It is always advisable to check the delivery address carefully for accuracy before finalizing the order. Make sure that every detail is entered correctly, such as street name, house number, including additions if applicable, including apartment number if applicable, zip code, city name and country name if applicable.
You may cancel your order or pre-order at any time and without giving any reason if the fatbike has not yet been delivered. GEORGE-E will refund you the full amount within 30 days after the cancellation.
You can return your order. We offer a return period of 30 days. You will be refunded, however shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.

The bike must be in new condition. Costs due to (minor) damages and repair of signs of use can be deducted.
