You also miss out on a short instruction and then you don't know exactly how everything works and you can't immediately ride your premium fatbike safely and confidently. Service with a smile is also partly missed. So why the hassle?

If you want your fatbike delivered in a box. Feel free, your choice. Specify this in the order process, and we will take your request into account.

The instruction upon delivery means that you, as owner of a premium fatbike, receive an explanation of the fatbike and the various functions.

There is also ample opportunity to ask questions. Afterwards, you can safely and securely ride your premium fatbike. Service with a smile.
The battery will not be fully charged upon delivery. It is advisable to check the range of the battery upon receipt. If the range is sufficient, you can use it immediately.

The battery may need to be charged first. This depends, among other things, on the distance you want to travel with it.
If you receive a product from GEORGE-E that was delivered damaged or defective, the GEORGE-E team is ready to resolve the complaint or problem.

Follow the steps below to communicate the complaint or problem so we can resolve it:

1. Take photos of the damaged or defective product or part.

2. Send an e-mail message directly to info@george-electric.com. In the e-mail message, please include:
a) the order number;
b) a brief description of the complaint or problem;
c) the photos of the damaged or defective product or part as an attachment.

The GEORGE-E team will handle and respond to the complaint or problem as quickly and carefully as possible in order to reach a solution together.
