Return

You can return your order. We offer a return period of 30 days. You will receive a refund, however shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The fatbike must be in new condition. Costs resulting from (minor) damages and repair of traces of use can also be deducted.
If you receive a product from GEORGE-E that was delivered damaged or defective, the GEORGE-E team is ready to resolve the complaint or problem.

Follow the steps below to communicate the complaint or problem so we can resolve it:

1. Take photos of the damaged or defective product or part.

2. Send an e-mail message directly to info@george-electric.com. In the e-mail message, please include:
a) the order number;
b) a brief description of the complaint or problem;
c) the photos of the damaged or defective product or part as an attachment.

The GEORGE-E team will handle and respond to the complaint or problem as quickly and carefully as possible in order to reach a solution together.
